VPS 504 S02 (Valve Proving System, AC 230V)

Dungs VPS 504 valve proving system for automatically testing the tightness of gas solenoid valves before startup or after burner shutdown.

The Dungs VPS 504 series valve proving system automatically verifies the tightness of automatic shut-off valves in gas burners before startup or after shutdown. Utilizing an internal motor-driven pump, it raises the pressure between the two safety valves and monitors for pressure drops. If a leak exceeds permissive levels, the VPS 504 locks out the burner startup sequence and signals a fault. Model S02 operates on standard AC 230V mains power, while S04 caters to control panel specs such as AC 110V or DC 24V. Designed for direct mounting onto Dungs MB MultiBlocs and DMV double solenoid valves.
